District Vice President and YMCA Allard Center Branch Director
Michele holds a BS in kinesiology from the University of Maryland. She began her career in 1986 as physical director at the Chambersburg Pennsylvania YMCA where she oversaw fitness, sports, gymnastics and aquatics. Michele then moved on to the Watertown NY Family YMCA as health and PE director in charge of all health, wellness, and sports programs. For a brief time, she worked in the private fitness sector as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She later returned to the Chambersburg YMCA as the program services director and was promoted two years later to associate executive director. While there, she earned her program and senior program director certifications from Y-USA, attended the Indiana University School of Fund Raising, and was certified in personal training, spinning, and yoga. Michele's unwavering commitment to health and wellness is so strong, that when she left the Chambersburg YMCA in 2009 they named their youth fitness facility in her honor. In 2009, Michele joined the Granite YMCA as the Allard Center branch director where she is delighted to be helping the Allard Center team provide a variety of high quality health and wellness options to the greater Goffstown community.
Associate Branch Director
Lisa has a BA in therapeutic recreations from Lyndon State College and more than 15 years of managerial, camping, and program development experience. Earlier in her career, Lisa focused on providing integrated camping opportunities for children with disabilities, through collaborative programs in NH, VT and NY. Lisa is a long-time Londonderry resident.
Cindy's career spans over 30 years of developing and directing customer service and inside sales teams to ensure a company’s customer retention and growth. 15 years of her career were spent at DMX Music, as a sales representative and then managing an inside sales/customer relations team that worked with high profile accounts such as Polo, Saks 5th Avenue, Panera Bread, and BJ’s to name a few. Her focus is about developing initiatives to promote a customer driven culture while establishing protocols for increasing customer loyalty. Cindy is also passionate about ensuring the safety of children and volunteered at CASA for 3 years and is becoming a Y Child Abuse Prevention trainer. Cindy joined the YMCA Allard Center team in 2013.
Healthy Living Director
Erin graduated from Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina. She received a BS in exercise and sports science with a health and wellness concentration while playing NCAA basketball as a power forward. After graduation, Erin was the health and physical director for the Boys and Girls Clubs serving Wake County in Raleigh. Erin moved from North Carolina to New Hampshire in 2012 and began her career at the Y in 2013 at the YMCA of North Shore in Beverly, Massachusetts. In her role at the Y, Erin brings a unique perspectiev to member service and engagement, community involvement, and identifying needs and serving the community.
Senior Program and Gymnastics Director
Meg grew up as a Y kid, taking gymnastics, dance and swimming lessons at the North Andover Y at the tender age of 3. As a teenager she volunteered for many areas of the Y, including the welcome center, aquatics, gymnastics, and basketball, and was also a member of the YMCA Leaders Club for teens. At age 16 Meg joined the Y team as a paid employee, teaching gymnastics and life guarding her way through high school. She later attended Springfield College in Massachusetts, and competed on the Springfield College gymnastics team. She became an All American on the uneven bars by winning 3rd place at USGF Division II Nationals, and to this day she still holds the uneven bar school record with a score of 9.65! In 1994 Meg began working part time at the YMCA Allard Center teaching gymnastics, and in the fall of 1995, Meg became the gymnastics director. Since that time, the program has grown by leaps and bounds, adding equipment, specialty classes, participants, and members on the gymnastics team!
David received his BS in business administration at the State University of New York in Oswego. As the tennis director of the Granite YMCA, he oversees the tennis operation at the YMCA Allard Center. He was a member of the Y for more than 20 years and is a former Allard Center board member. Since coming on board with the tennis department in August of 2008 he has worked very hard to expand the tennis program at the Allard Center. As a result of his hard work, participation in the various tennis programs is at an all time high, including the USTA travel teams, program lessons, tournaments, and other tennis activities.
Child Care Director
Michelle has a BS in elementary education from Rivier College. She began her career at the YMCA in the year 2000 as a volunteer in the before and after school child care programs and at Camp Pa-Gon-Ki in Londonderry. From 2007 to 2009 Michelle served as the director of the school’s out program at the Downtown Manchester branch. She then worked as the director of child care and day camp programs at the YMCA of Greater Londonderry. Today, Michelle oversees the child care program at the YMCA Allard Center where she enjoys helping kids learn and grow through YMCA programming.
Aquatics Coordinator and Tiger Sharks coach
Anna-Lise began working YMCA Allard Center of Goffstown in March of 2013 as the Tiger Sharks swim team head coach, and the aquatics coordinator. Prior to joining the Y, Anna-Lise worked at private health club for more than 15 years. It was here she found her passion for competitive swimming as a member of the team at age 10. Throughout high school she helped coach and mentored the younger swimmers. In 2002 she became the team’s assistant coach. During her 10 years as assistant coach the team doubled in size. In addition to swim team Anna-Lise is American Red Cross swim instructor, lifeguard instructor, and lifeguard. She teaches private and group swim lessons and oversees the water exercise program.
Stan has a BS in physics from the University of Texas, El Paso. He began his career at the Y in 1999 as a volunteer rock climbing guide and climbing gym staff. Since 2001, Stan has served as a summer camp adventure guide, climbing gym instructor, STAY adventure coordinator, rock climbing team coach and the adventure coordinator for many schools and youth groups.
